Experienced a power failure on 28 Apr 1999. The service was restaured within 36 hours. An other failure occured a few days later, fixed withing hours. An extensive report was requested. It was then known the primary Satellite Control Processor (SCP) had failed. The insurance is worth $276 million.

Cause	The second SCP failed, the satellite could therefore not be moved to graveyard
